Funding Priorities

The NIDCR strategic plan will help guide the Institute’s funding of research over the next six years. Strategic planning is used to establish priorities, set clear goals, and detail the actions needed to achieve them. A strategic plan helps NIDCR focus energy and resources to achieve a common set of goals with agreed upon outcomes.

Concepts represent early planning stages for initiatives in which NIDCR seeks to support research in an understudied and significant area of science.
